April 2008 Cowgrove Time Trial

This month’s time trial saw us back on the scenic Cowgrove route – and we saw a great return to form from Bob Caines giving his best performance for some months, gaining almost 3 minutes. Paul Grist had a great run too, finding a minute, but all of the top six made improvements, well done. We also saw a time trial debut from Daryl Davies. Numbers were a little bit down this month as our London marathoners didn’t take part.
