February 2008 Willett Handicap Time Trial

An excellent run from Nicki – a time gain of 2.5 minutes – and also well done to Jon who also gained a minute. It is interesting to note that both of these two have been regulars at Ed Arnold’s new ‘Putting Speed into Endurance’ session that he has been running on Tuesdays at QE for the past month - click here to find out more about these sessions. The other healthy improver is Anne-Marie who is making good progress after her long lay-off through injury.
