Slim line Robin put in a
great effort and secured a win in this months TT. Over the last months
Robin has been working hard and his training is paying off, with first a
great new PB in NDVM and now a first place in the 4m time trial,
congratulations!. The warm and humid conditions told on the final
times, with most runners slightly down on their previous times, the
exceptions being Andrew Olden, Andy Porter, Becka, Kim and Rich, who all
got quicker times, Rich took off well over a minute!
Welcome to Katie Philpots
who ran with WAC for the first time, huge thanks to Bob for kindly
escorting Katie round the time time course. Also, many thanks to Kim
Jolliffe for helping with the time trial.
Volunteers for next
month’s time trial, scheduled for July 7th, would be greatly
appreciated.
