How to Enter - Conditions of Entry, Entry Fees & Prizes

Conditions of Entry

Before entering please read this part carefully

  • I will abide by the laws and rules for the competition of the UKA. I am medically fit to run and understand that I enter at my own risk and that the organisers will in no way be held responsible for any injury or illness incurred to my person or as a result of the event or for any property lost. I also understand that no refund can be given in the event that the race is cancelled due to circumstances outside the organiserís control, or if I am unable to compete due to illness or injury.

  • Data Protection Act: Entry details will be stored on a computer disk. Submission of this entry is taken to indicate that the entrant does not object to having his/her details so recorded.

  • Headphones that work by conducting sound and do not sit in the ears are acceptable. EARPHONES that sit in the ear are not allowed under any circumstances and the wearing of such will result in disqualification. This rule does not apply to runners with a genuine hearing impairment.

  • No walkers or early starters. Cut off time is 2hrs 15mins which will be enforced at the first water station. Runners need to have reached the water station by 36 minutes.

  • YOUR RESULT WILL NOT BE ATTRIBUTED TO YOUR CLUB if we do not receive your England Athletics number at the online entry stage. Club amendments will not be added later. The Run Britain entry process requires club runners to enter their EA number in order to automatically generate their club from the EA system. If your number is not recognised or it does not generate the correct club then you must speak to your club membership secretary to resolve the issue before entering this race.

Check whether your EA number and your details are accurate here:

This can be done in advance by sending an email with all details to jeff@wimborne10.co.uk or prior to 10am on Race day by coming to RACE HQ at the Pamphill Cricket Pavilion. Requests for number changes after 10am on race day will not be processed.  Number changes will only be administered once the race is full.  Both giving and receiving runners will be disqualified from this and future races if this procedure is not followed.

However if you have a disability and think we can make any adjustments to assist you in participating
