What section do I join?
We have 4 sections as follows:
Cross Country – for athletes from age 11 to senior. We compete to in Wessex and Hampshire Leagues during the cross-country season between September and March.
Road Runners – for athletes over 18. We compete in road races, off road events, social and group runs.
Juniors – for athletes ages 7-11. We work on developing movement skills, balance, coordination, agility, strength and stamina whilst having fun.
Track and Field – for athletes from age 11 to senior. We have regular endurance and sprints groups but also offer more specialist hurdles and steeplechase training. In the field we cover both jumping disciplines (High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump and Pole Vault) and throwing disciplines (shot putt, discus, javelin and hammer).
