Athletes are expected to take personal responsibility for their conduct and behaviour at Club training sessions. They are expected to dress appropriately dependent on the weather conditions and the event they will be participating in. Please also bring adequate drinks and ensure they partake in the warm-up/warm-down routines to minimise the chance of injury.
The training times for our Junior Athletes are as follows:-
Note: Limited indoor facilities are available on Saturdays and Wednesdays during the winter
Please note that there is a £3 per athlete training fee for each session
