Athletes are expected to take personal responsibility for their conduct and behaviour at Club training sessions. They are expected to dress appropriately dependent on the weather conditions and the event they will be participating in. Please also bring adequate drinks and ensure they partake in the warm-up/warm-down routines to minimise the chance of injury. Winter training is dependant upon weather conditions, if in doubt please check with your lead coach.
