Following discussions and exchange with QELC of the appropriate COVID-19 Risk Assessments, we are pleased to tell you it has been agreed that we can resume training at QELC with effect from SATURDAY 15TH AUGUST. However, at this stage, we only have access to EXTERNAL facilities.
So, unless informed otherwise by your Coach, the final Saturday session at Canford School will be 8th August. Weekday sessions at Canford School are, for the moment, unaltered, until/unless your Coach decides otherwise.
Parking provision, access to first aid and toilet facilities are available at QELC. It is suggested that you meet up for the session near to your event activity. Please avoid congregating in large groups before or after the session. A copy of the WAC Risk Assessment can be viewed here.

Athletes should bear in mind that as coaches we need to establish what is practical under COVID constraints so our plans may need to be modified as we progress.
Athletes are required to email their intention to attend a specific session to the relevant Coach by 4pm each Friday evening (Tuesday for the Wednesday session). The session fee is £2 and the correct money should be given to your Coach. Spaces will be allocated chronologically up to the maximum available. Please inform your Coach if you cannot attend eg sickness, to allow others the opportunity to replace you.
At this stage you will notice there are few opportunities for Wednesday evening training at QELC. We will inform you if and when the situation changes.
We have been in discussion with the relevant personnel at Blandford Camp and are hoping to announce resumption of training soon.
Please feel free to contact your Coach or a Committee member if you require clarification of any points.
